Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical system incidents.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and support processes.
