Applications Developer 3

Oracle’s Product Development team is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Applications Developer (IC3) to join our innovative and fast-paced Oracle Recruiting product group.

As part of the Oracle Recruiting team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive our next generation of recruiting technologies on the Oracle Fusion Applications platform. We’re seeking a candidate with a passion for technology, strong ethics, and creative problem-solving skills—someone who is eager to work hard, go above and beyond, and develop solutions that push boundaries and set new standards.

  • The opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies that are shaping the future of enterprise software.
  • A collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic team environment.
  • Access to Oracle’s vast resources, learning, and development programs.

If you're passionate about building the next generation of recruiting solutions, think unconventionally, and are driven by a desire for excellence, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Architect, design, and implement high-quality software solutions within the Oracle Recruiting domain.
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance the user experience and automate business processes.
  • Develop applications using Oracle Redwood technologies to deliver intuitive, modern user interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features across the Fusion Applications lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and efficiency gains.
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle’s secure development practices, compliance, and code quality standards.
  • 5 plus years of experience in application development, preferably within cloud or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven expertise in AI, ML, and a track record of delivering data-driven solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood and its design system, as well as modern front-end JavaScript frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of the Oracle Recruiting domain and the Fusion Applications lifecycle (from design to deployment and continuous improvement).
  • Strong analytical and “out of the box” problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
