Job Summary


We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Area Sales Representative to expand our market presence for water filtration systems and pressure pumps. The role involves extensive fieldwork, dealer appointment, project-based selling, and relationship building with architects, builders, and contractors.


If you enjoy meeting people, working on-site, and closing deals in the construction and housing segment, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities -


  • Appoint, develop, and manage dealers within the assigned territory
  • Identify and approach under-construction residential and commercial projects to generate sales
  • Visit construction sites, societies, and individual customers to promote and sell products
  • Build strong relationships with architects, builders, plumbers, and contractors to drive product specification and repeat business
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements
  • Ensure proper follow-up for orders, payments, and after-sales coordination
  • Submit daily/weekly field visit and sales reports


Candidates Requirements -


  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, pumps, plumbing, water solutions, or construction-related products
  • Strong local market knowledge and network with builders/contractors (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
