BAKERY ASSISTANT
Shokupan Bakeroom · Trivandrum
Small-batch artisanal bakehouse specialising in sourdoughs, Japanese milk breads & handcrafted pastries.
Who we’re looking for:
👤 25–35 years of age
📍 Trivandrum based · Immediate joining
🍞 Bakery/Kitchen experience preferred (not mandatory)
🌱 Freshers with interest in baking welcome
💬 Positive attitude & customer-friendly
Your Role:
🥖 Assist in preparation & baking
🔪 Basic ingredient prep
🧼 Maintain hygiene standards
📦 Packing takeaway & pre-orders
Work Details:
📅 5 working days / week
⏰ Flexible shifts (max 8 hrs/day)
