Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help the company grow by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and generate new business leads.
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and social platforms.
• Explain company products/services and convert leads into business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
• Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and sales reports.
• Represent the company in events, meetings, and business promotions.
• Understand market trends and competitor activities.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and convert leads.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Good presentation & convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate preferred (any stream).
• 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development.
• Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply.
