Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building
strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers. This role requires excellent
communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong passion for sales and marketing within the security systems
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
o Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
o Cold-call, email, and schedule meetings with potential clients to pitch the company’s security solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Understand client requirements and recommend tailored security solutions.
3. Sales Process Management:
o Prepare professional and competitive quotes and proposals based on client needs.
o Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients effectively.
o Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed sales.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy:
o Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
o Provide market feedback to the marketing team for targeted campaigns.
