Business Development Executive (BDE)

A. Operations Management

Daily monitoring of payments and reconciliation status

Monitoring and ensuring all order statuses are updated correctly and on time in the dashboard

Monitoring app orders and WhatsApp orders and responding within 3 minutes

Coordinating with merchants for order confirmations and fulfillment

Monitoring the working status of Order Managers and Delivery Agents

Checking and following up on pending delivery agent and merchant onboarding

Monitoring and verifying agent and merchant details in the dashboard

Regular monitoring of commissions, subscriptions, discounts, and promo code expirations

Monitoring merchant payouts and delivery agent payouts on a regular basis

Monitoring product listings of merchants in the dashboard

Sending and managing push notifications for agents, customers, and merchants

Reviewing activity logs and operational data to ensure smooth functioning

B. Merchant & Customer Engagement

Onboarding new merchants across all business categories

Supporting merchants and customers during onboarding and operational issues

Building strong relationships with merchants and customers to improve retention and order volume

C. Business Development & Sales

Researching and identifying potential business partners and clients

Lead generation, calling, and follow-ups

Daily sales monitoring and preparation of reports

Planning and executing activities to increase daily order volumes

Creating and supporting promotional campaigns to expand the customer base

Assisting in the creation of marketing, sales collateral, presentations, and proposals

Supporting the execution of the company’s business development strategy

D. General

Monitoring and managing every order end-to-end

Performing any other duties assigned by the Director / Management in the interest of the company
