🧾 JOB TITLE: Channel Sales Manager
📍 LOCATION: All Major Cities of Kerala
💼 SALARY RANGE: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualification)

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners, including dealers, franchisees, and B2B associates across assigned regions.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales performance from all assigned channel partners. Set monthly targets and ensure their achievement through effective tracking and support.
- Training & Enablement: Provide continuous product training and business motivation to partners, merchandisers, and showroom staff.
- Territory Mapping: Strategically expand presence in untapped Tier-1, Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities through local network leverage.
- Lead Handling: Follow up on all leads generated via online/offline campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize conversion.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies. Provide feedback to leadership for tactical decisions.
- Reporting: Submit daily/weekly reports to the Director or Regional Head via CRM with sales pipeline status, achievements, and challenges.
- ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, dealer management, or franchise expansion – preferably in premium wellness products, appliances, or healthcare devices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a laptop/tablet and a two-wheeler with a valid license.
- Excellent proficiency in modern CRM software, Excel, Google Workspace, and AI-based lead tools.
- PREFERRED CANDIDATE TRAITS: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Leadership capability to scale partner networks
- Experience working with HNI clients, premium product segments
- Well-versed in digital tools and AI for sales optimization
