Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Chef de Partie to manage a designated section of the kitchen and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency. The ideal candidate is hands-on, calm under pressure, and takes ownership of their section.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage an assigned kitchen section (American / Continental Cuisine, Smoked meats)
  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Prepare mise-en-place efficiently for daily service
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion control
  • Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness as per FSSAI standards
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the Sous Chef / Head Chef for requisitions
  • Minimize wastage and follow proper storage procedures
  • Coordinate smoothly with other sections during service
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork in the kitchen



Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as CDP or Senior Commis in a restaurant, café, or hotel kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
  • Experience in high-volume kitchens preferred
  • Ability to work long hours and handle service pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the brand
