Collection Executive / Officer

The Collection Executive is responsible for recovering overdue amounts from customers who have availed online personal loans. The role involves field visits, customer follow-ups, and ensuring timely repayment while maintaining professionalism and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers’ addresses to collect overdue EMIs for online personal loans.

Follow up with customers via phone and in person regarding pending dues.

Explain outstanding amounts, penalties, and settlement options clearly.

Update daily collection sheets accurately without errors.

Maintain proper documentation and submit collected payments to the company promptly.

Handle customers with patience and professionalism, ensuring no misconduct.

Escalate disputes, fraud cases, or non-cooperative customers to the Team Leader/Manager.

Maintain high recovery performance as per company targets.

Ensure compliance with company guidelines and RBI recovery norms.
