Credit Card Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotion:

Actively identify and approach prospective customers for credit card sales through various channels (in-person, phone, email, etc.).

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable credit card products based on their preferences and requirements.

Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized solutions and exceptional service.

Provide after-sales support, answering customer queries and addressing concerns related to credit card products.

Market Research:

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to recommend new strategies for customer acquisition.

Stay updated with the latest product offerings and financial services from the company.

Documentation and Reporting:

Ensure all required documentation for new credit card applications is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads in the CRM system.

Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the sales manager.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Follow company policies regarding credit checks, documentation, and KYC (Know Your Customer) norms.
