Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales: Sell credit cards to customers, businesses, and other organizations
Customer service: Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
Lead generation: Generate leads through tele-calling, email, direct mail, and in-person visits
Product knowledge: Research and explain the benefits of credit card products and services
Sales targets: Meet monthly sales targets by developing new customer base and deals
Customer documentation: Verify customer documents for card applications
After-sales service: Provide after-sales service to card members
Competitor activities: Investigate and address competitor activities
Contact database: Update and manage the contact database
