Customer Support Engineer(CSE)
The following are the responsibilities of CSE candidates:
- Provide Level 1 Technical/Server Support
- Handle our own software technical/server support
- Handle sales and billing issues via phone, helpdesk, email,chat etc,.
- Must be able to work in a shift based system
- Must be a team player
- Need well written and communication skills in English
