Must-Have | - Should have a strong understanding
of .net, SQL and MQ.
- Should be able to debug .net code
and able to create and run SQL scripts.
- Should have worked in a support
environment (monitoring emails, dashboards, jobs and restarting
services).
- Have knowledge in monitoring using
tools like Grafana and worked on ticketing tool like service now.
- Coordinate business & Developers
to provide production support, including off-hours.
- Have experience in deploying .net
code.
- Identify opportunities and lead
effort to reduce support footprint and improve system quality and
availability.
- Address and troubleshoot technical
issues related to .net applications, frameworks, and environments.
- Experience in bringing in
innovation and automation.
- Provide support to clients or
internal users, helping them resolve problems and ensuring their systems
run smoothly.
- Should be willing work to in
shifts, including night shift - (24x7) project.
- Willing to work over weekends.
- Should be well versed with Major
Incident, Problem management and Change management processes.
- Should be working from office.

Good-to-Have | - Regularly monitor .net applications
for performance and reliability, applying patches and updates as
necessary.
- Use debugging tools to identify and
fix bugs in .net code, ensuring that applications are functioning as
intended.
- Work with developers, QA teams, and
system administrators to ensure seamless integration and functionality
of .net applications.
