Field Sales Executive

Job Description: Lending team focuses on enabling Offline Merchants with loans through our lenders. - Go for sales visits, search for the merchants and provide them loans and maintain the accurate records - Explain the merchants about products, its features and benefits - Experience of selling financial products for Fintech (Preferably Loans/ Insurance etc.) - Basic understanding of the loan process done digitally (KYC/Mandate/Autopay) - Meet sales target and maintain customer relations - Meeting or exceeding sales targets - 100% field sales job Reporting Matrix: The role will report to an Area Sales Manager Requirements: ● Minimum education criteria is 12th/ITI/Diploma pass ● Proven work experience of 3-6 months in sales role ● Bike and Driving License
