Field Sales Executive

Activation of customer – Ensure that customer maintains required balances & starts transactions in his accounts (within M1 & Q1), 80% of customers to maintain specified AQB, 75% penetration of internet banking, 50% penetration of DSB.

  Generate daily leads and source gold loan business from the open market.

• Conduct field visits, interact with customers, and explain product offerings.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat and referral

business.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines during

sourcing.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
