Field Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and ensure regular follow-ups
• Generate new business through mandatory field visits and cold calling
• Visit hotel properties daily for lead generation, meetings, and closures
• Conduct onsite and online demos of the product
• Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Coordinate client onboarding after closure
• Maintain CRM, track field activities, and prepare sales reports
• Upsell additional services to existing hotel clients

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in hospitality, SaaS, or B2B field sales
• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages
• Proven ability in cold calling, negotiations, and closures
• Field sales experience is mandatory
• Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in field work

Preferred

• Experience selling hotel software / booking engines / digital solutions
• Familiarity with CRM and daily visit reporting
