🔑 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Customer Guidance & Digital Promotion

• Assist customers in using SBI digital platforms such as YONO, UPI, and ATMs.
• Educate customers on digital banking features to increase adoption.
• Resolve basic queries and reduce customer complaints at branch level.

2️⃣ Business Sourcing & Client Acquisition

• Acquire new customers, including HNI clients, through branch interactions.
• Identify potential leads and convert them into active customers.

3️⃣ Client Activation

• Ensure newly acquired customers actively use banking/trading services.
• Follow up with clients for activation and engagement.

4️⃣ Cross-Selling

• Promote SBI products and services as directed by branch management.
• Support achievement of branch-level sales targets.

5️⃣ Operational Support

• Assist in data entry and basic documentation processing.
