Head-HSEF

Responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining robust HSEF systems.  
• Overseeing environmental and fire safety standards during port operations and project development phases.  
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.  
•  Conducting risk assessments, process safety reviews, and HSE audits.  
•  Leading HSEF training and awareness programs for staff.  
•  Preparation of EHS plan for site and emergency response plan
•  Risk Assessment and Safe Work Methods
•  To work in close coordination with project team and clients to meet the safety requirements.

Qualifications

. BE/BTech or master’s degree in engineering from a reputed institution.  

   - Diploma in Industrial Safety.  

   - Certified HAZOP/PHA leader preferred.  

 Additional Qualifications:

   - CSP, NEBOSH, or other internationally recognized safety certifications will be an added advantage.  

Experience :

   -15–20 years of experience in HSEF, preferably in the port sector or allied industries such as oil & gas, logistics, or maritime operations.
