 Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Lead/Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire solutions within the insurance domain across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Guidewire configuration, integration, and customization, along with strong leadership and architectural skills to drive technical strategy. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business requirements and industry’s best practices.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Guidewire-based solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Define technical roadmaps, best practices, and coding standards for Guidewire implementations.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of Guidewire integrations with third-party applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring efficient delivery of projects.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization for Guidewire applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Stay updated with Guidewire innovations and industry trends, integrating best practices into development efforts.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards in the Guidewire ecosystem.

Essential skills

• 5+ years of experience in Guidewire development, with expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Strong architectural and design experience in Guidewire implementations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Guidewire integration, configuration, and customization.
• Experience in Guidewire Cloud, IG Apps, Rules, OOTB functionality and exposure to GT framework & amp; Cloud standards.
• Deep understanding of Guidewire framework, accelerators, and technical components.
• Proven ability to lead development teams and drive strategic technical decisions.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
