Hub Manager

• Manage daily hub/warehouse operations and ensure smooth inbound & outbound movement.
• Handle manpower planning, shift allocation, and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate with delivery, operations, and warehouse teams to meet dispatch timelines.
• Monitor inventory, loading/unloading, and basic MIS reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues and support process improvement at the hub.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in hub/warehouse/logistics operations.
• Strong manpower handling and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory, dispatch, and reporting.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
