JUNIOR MANAGER – PAYMENT & SERVICES

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking an executive specializing in Payment & Services products to support our Product Manager in various operational and administrative tasks related to product management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential support in daily operations, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the creation of educational materials related the products.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare daily business reports, providing valuable insights into product performance and market updates.

 

  • Assist in driving business initiatives by contributing to strategic planning and implementation.

 

  • Support branch operations by promptly attending calls and emails, addressing queries related to payment & service products.

 

  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to assist in various administrative tasks and report generation.

 

  • Address branch queries and providing accurate and timely information.

 

  • Assist in creating educational materials such as presentations, guides, and training documents related existing and new products.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Post Graduate and priority will give to Business Management background.

 

  • Freshers can also apply. Prior experience (1 years) in a similar assistant or support role within the financial industry in and added advantage

 

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
