Overseas Sales Representative (Inside Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Overseas sales representative to guide students through overseas education opportunities, course selection, university applications, visa processes, and career planning. The role requires strong counselling skills, sales ability, and knowledge of international education systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in countries such as UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Austria
• Understand student profile, academic background, budget, and career goals
• Suggest suitable courses, universities, and countries based on eligibility
• Explain admission requirements, scholarships, visa process, and post-study work opportunities
• Assist students in completing university applications and documentation
• Coordinate with universities and admission teams for offer letters and application status
• Guide students for SOP, LOR, CV, and interview preparation
• Support visa filing and pre-departure documentation
• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain counselling records
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, and promotional events
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong counselling and convincing ability
• Knowledge of international admission and visa procedures
• Good documentation and follow-up skills

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in any discipline
• Certification in counselling or international education preferred

Experience

• 1 to 5 years in study abroad counselling / overseas education / admissions

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience handling student leads from India
• Ability to counsel parents and students confidently
