Product Manager 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Product Manager to join our Information Technology team in a business role. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Financial Services, AML, and Compliance, combined with extensive expertise in team management, project management, and business analysis. This role requires a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between technology and business, driving innovation and process efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development initiatives, focusing on IT solutions that address compliance, AML, and business process needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
• Leverage expertise in AML, CDD, EDD, and KYC processes to design and improve product functionalities.
• Conduct thorough analysis and investigations to support product features related to transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, and sanctions screening.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and work closely with stakeholders to address compliance issues.
• Oversee the planning and execution of periodic reviews, L1 & L2 escalations, and suspicious activity reporting (SAR).
• Drive continuous improvement in product and process efficiencies by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams (HR, Admin, Finance) and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Lead and mentor teams, providing coaching and training to enhance functional and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Financial Services, with 8+ years in team management and 3+ years in project management.
• Extensive knowledge of AML processes, compliance regulations, and monitoring techniques.
• Hands-on experience in business analysis, process design, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with IT systems and tools for business process automation and compliance management.
