Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Project Engineer to manage and execute residential construction projects in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, project coordination, quality control, and timely completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants
• Maintain quality standards and ensure safety compliance at site
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Check measurements and verify bills of contractors
• Ensure proper material management and site inventory control
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of residential construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic project management tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
