Purchase Executive

Identify and develop vendors/suppliers for required materials.

Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Maintain purchase records, bills, and vendor documents.

Coordinate with stores/production team for material requirements.

Monitor stock levels and plan purchases accordingly.

Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts for payment processing.
