Quality Analyst - AR Calling

Key Responsibilities:

• Auditing processes (Billing, Transmission, and Cash)

• Providing feedback and tracking corrections

• Generating weekly & monthly QA reports

• Conducting QA feedback meetings

• Training new team members

Qualifications:

• Min 3 years of experience (Senior AR callers with internal quality audit experience can also apply)

• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills

• Advanced knowledge of DME billing and industry standards
