Educational Qualification:

• Graduate with any sales experience
• OR Plus Two (12th pass) with minimum 2 years of sales experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new customers through dealers for consumer durable loans
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sales targets
• Drive business by promoting gold-backed finance options at partner outlets
• Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers
• Conduct regular visits to partner outlets to ensure visibility and engagement
• Monitor competitor activities, schemes, rejection data, and market trends
• Provide actionable feedback to management for product and process improvements

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and relationship management
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented approach
• Good market awareness and negotiation skills
• Experience in dealer handling and field sales preferred

Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA (CTC)
