• Push high-margin items
• Promote combos, special offers, events
• Track daily sales targets
• Suggestive selling (desserts, beverages, add-ons)

🔹 4. Coordination with Kitchen & Bar

• Communicate special orders clearly
• Ensure timely food dispatch
• Check food quality before serving
• Handle order modifications smoothly

🔹 5. Billing & Cash Handling

• Verify bills before presenting
• Handle POS system
• Ensure smooth payment process
• Avoid billing errors

🔹 6. Staff Training & Motivation

• Train new stewards
• Conduct briefing before shift
• Guide staff on service etiquette
• Motivate team to achieve sales targets

• Monitor tableware and service stock
