Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate should be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper product display and cleanliness of the store
• Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately
• Ensure stock availability and report low stock to the Store Manager
• Follow company policies and store procedures
• Support team members to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Previous retail sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply)
• Good communication skills
• Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Rs.15000 per month
