Job Summary

We are looking for a Safety Civil Engineer to ensure safe working practices at construction sites, compliance with statutory safety norms, and implementation of health & safety policies. The role involves regular site inspections, risk assessment, and coordination with project teams to maintain a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at construction sites

Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards

Prepare and implement safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments

Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers and staff

Ensure compliance with local safety laws, labor laws, and company policies

Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare incident reports

Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and supervisors on safety matters

Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation

Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) on site

Requirements & Qualification

B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Minimum 2–5 years experience in construction site safety

Good knowledge of construction safety norms and regulations

Strong communication and coordination skills

Willingness to work on-site in Kerala locations
