About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients who enquire through our website and other platforms. Your primary objective will be to connect with these leads, understand their requirements, and guide them through our service offerings with the aim of converting them into successful clients.

This is a performance-based sales role that requires excellent communication, client handling skills, and a goal-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage with inbound leads generated through the company website and other digital channels.

· Drive client coordination, schedule meetings with the Senior Counsellor or office visits if required.

· Build strong rapport with clients and address queries professionally and confidently.

· Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

· Continuously refine product knowledge and selling techniques to increase conversion rates.

Qualification and Experience

· Educational qualification: Graduate preferred (any discipline)

· Proven sales experience is highly preferred, especially in client-facing roles.
