Sales & Marketing Manager

**Sales:**

* Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, attending trade shows).

* Contact and build relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and requirements.

* Present the company's UPVC doors and windows products and services effectively, highlighting their benefits and features.

* Negotiate prices and terms with customers and close deals.

* Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and quotas.

**Marketing:**

* Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.

* Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.

* Manage the company's website and online presence.

* Attend industry events and network with potential clients and partners.

* Analyze marketing data and track the effectiveness of campaigns.

* Report on sales and marketing activities to management.
