Achieving the Business Targets – ATO – New Group Completion & Registration   • Business Turn over – Value Business TGTs for the Month   • Identifying, negotiating & adding new corporate Tie-Ups   • Planning, driving & generating business from channel Partners – Delivering of Channel Targets & Ensuring Channel ROIs • Marketing Activities - Identifying & adding new avenues of business through Activities • Agent recruitment – Recruiting Agents for Sourcing Business and driving them for Productivity • Direct Sales:- Recruitment of DST team & Driving the team for Productivity TGTs • Enhance the market share – Competition Info & Planning • Collections – 100% Collections Against Collectable – Cash Flow TGT ACH • Bad debts – Contenting Flow to Bad debts • Disbursements – Prize Money Disbursements – Followup and Disbursements in TAT • Enhance customer experience by handling Customer queries, Complaints handling of respective channel clients & Direct Clients   Managing both Corporate channel & Agent / DST/ DSA channel for ensuring productivity & profitability • Plan, Design, and management regular activities for creating valid leads for increasing sales • Ensuring Branch Profitability & Productivity = P&L Responsibility • Explore new channel/avenues for sourcing business. • Customer Retention and Collections – Ensuring CASH flow and content overdue flow. • Other duties as delegated from time to time • Ensuring Statutory Liaisioning and Compliance asper ACT • Conducting Lead generating activities
