Showroom Sales Executive

Location: Trivandrum

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Showroom Sales Executive to manage our showroom, specializing in major brand mattresses and home furnishing items. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-oriented, and well-organized, capable of handling the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in choosing the best mattresses and home furnishing items based on their needs.
• Manage the showroom, ensuring it is clean, well-organized, and stocked with the latest products.
• Handle sales, billing, and transactions efficiently.
• Manage inventory, including stock updates and ordering new products when required.
• Maintain product knowledge, especially regarding various mattress types, to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Achieve sales targets and earn attractive incentives.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mattresses and home furnishings will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain store records.
• Willingness to work from 09:30 AM to 08:30 PM.
