Store Supervisor

Please find the below Job Description (JD) for your reference:

• Inventory Management: Responsible for driving end-to-end store operations including receiving, inventory management, outbound, and returns.
• Team Management: Manage a team of up to 15 staff members; delegate tasks, train, monitor, and mentor store employees.
• Process Adherence (100%): Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, checklists, and defined processes. Maintain all mandatory registers and records accurately.
• Quality Control: Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.

Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as MIS reports, write-offs, and cycle counts.
