Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers to explain ongoing schemes and promotional offers.
  • Inform customers about new jewellery saving schemes, discounts, and special events.
  • Maintain a daily calling record and update customer responses in the database.
  • Convince customers to visit the showroom or enroll in company schemes.
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly.
  • Handle basic customer queries regarding schemes and offers.
  • Coordinate with the showroom sales team for customer appointments and visits.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets set by management.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
  • Ability to speak local languages (Tamil / Malayalam / English preferred depending on location).
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM).
  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
  • Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
  • Experience:0–2 years experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (retail/jewellery industry preferred).
