Role & responsibilities

• Experience of more than 4 Years In working with Telemarketing Team.
• Responsible to lead a telemarketing team of 15 to 20 Tele-callers for m4marry business
• Responsible for the revenue generation and operations of the m4marry tele-sales team
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Preferred candidate profile

Looking For Candidates Who Have Experience In Leading A Telemarketing Sales Team. Experience in working for a matrimonial business will be an added advantage.
