Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage local and outstation tours for individuals and groups.

Guide and assist tourists during travel, ensuring smooth experiences throughout.

Handle travel itineraries, hotel check-ins/check-outs, and on-ground arrangements.

Communicate with vendors, drivers, and hotels to ensure seamless coordination.

Handle guest queries and resolve any travel-related concerns efficiently.

Maintain detailed tour reports and feedback for continuous improvement.

Promote LuxiGo’s travel packages and services to customers during tours.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Malayalam, Hindi preferred).

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of popular tourist destinations and travel procedures.

Ability to manage group dynamics and handle travel logistics.

Basic computer and mobile app handling skills.

Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications:

Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.

Language : Hindi is Must.

Candidates with prior experience in tour operations, guiding, or hospitality preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
