Job Description
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis using job analysis, performance gaps, and surveys to identify learning priorities across the organization.
- Design Comprehensive Training Programs including onboarding, functional, behavioral, and development modules aligned with business goals.
- Mandatory Soft Skills Training covering communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and customer‑handling excellence.
- Deliver Product Training (e.g., chit fund product features, benefits, compliance norms, processes), ensuring clarity and customer‑friendly understanding.
- Leadership Development Programs for new managers, future leaders, and mid‑level teams through structured capability‑building modules.
- Sales Pitch Training through modules that improve value articulation, objection handling, persuasion, and closing skills using simulations and role‑plays.
- Product Pitch Training with structured pitch blueprints to convey product USPs, compliance boundaries, and customer benefits effectively.
- General Training & Behavioral Excellence including workplace etiquette, service excellence, organizational values, and culture alignment.
- Target Gap & Performance Gap Training by analyzing branch performance reports to design corrective interventions focused on conversion, customer experience, or product clarity.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, and post-training performance tracking to refine learning programs.
- Update and Maintain Learning Content ensuring all training materials are current with changing processes, product updates, and market practices.
- Manage Training Logistics & Stakeholder Coordination including scheduling, record management, tracking training MIS, and collaborating with Sales, HR, and Operations teams.
