Zonal Solution Manager| Thiruvananthapuram
The Zonal Solution Manager- TASC will act as a key enabler for delivering tailored payment and collection solutions to Institutional Banking clients. This role will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), Branch Managers, Cluster Heads, Zonal Managers, and cross-functional teams such as Transaction Banking, Payments & Cards, and Technology. The individual will be responsible for designing, customizing, and overseeing the end-to-end implementation of digital cash management solutions including ERP/API integration for both existing and new-to-bank clients.
Engage with RMs and client teams to understand receivables/payables needs. Support solution proposals, demos, and POCs. Recommend optimal payment/collection modes (NEFT, RTGS, UPI, etc.). Design ERP-integrated solutions via APIs, H2H, SFTP. Collaborate with Product/Tech teams for customization and prepare functional specs. Manage end-to-end implementation, testing, and go-live. Liaise across teams for timely delivery. Provide post-go-live support, resolve issues, gather feedback, and drive improvements. Train internal teams and track implementation status via dashboards.
Client Solutioning & Pre-Sales Support
- Engage with RMs and client-facing teams to understand customer requirements around receivables and payables management.
- Assist in developing solution proposals, product demonstrations, and proof of concept (POC) tailored to client needs.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal modes of collections/payments (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, NACH, Virtual Accounts, QR, Payment Gateways, etc.).
Solution Design & Customization
- Design integrated solutions compatible with client ERP/accounting/billing systems through APIs, Host-to-Host (H2H), SFTP, etc.
- Collaborate with the Transaction Banking team to tailor existing products or develop new capabilities.
- Prepare functional requirement specifications for new features or customizations.
Project Management & Implementation
- Drive the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of payment/collection solutions for customers.
- Liaise with the Technology, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless and timely delivery.
- Monitor implementation progress, conduct testing (UAT), and manage go-live activities.
Internal Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key point of contact for RMs, Branch Managers, and senior field leadership for solutioning support.
- Train internal teams on solution capabilities and implementation timelines.
- Provide regular updates and dashboards on implementation pipeline and status.
Post-Go-Live Support & Client Satisfaction
- Ensure smooth transition of implemented solutions to business-as-usual (BAU) teams.
- Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Collect client feedback and identify areas for continuous improvement in solution delivery.
Qualifications: Post Graduate in Technology/Engineering
