Branch Manager

Job description:

Core Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management:Recruit, train, and coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to enhance team performance and service quality.
• Sales & Business Development:Develop and implement sales plans, organize promotional events, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities to drive branch growth.
• Financial Management:Manage the branch budget, control costs, monitor financial reports, and set financial objectives to ensure profitability.
• Operations & Compliance:Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the branch, maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and oversee administrative tasks.
• Customer Service:Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve customer issues and complaints, and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Strategic Planning:Contribute to the development of branch strategies, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior management.

Products Are: Gold Loan, Fixed Deposit, Recurring Deposit and Insurance
