Branch Relationship Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Actively identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell credit card products.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Present credit card benefits, features, and terms to prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Customer Service:

Understand customers’ financial needs and offer appropriate credit card products that match their needs.

Address customer queries and provide clear, accurate information about the features, fees, and benefits of credit cards.

Guide customers through the application process and assist in completing documentation.

Lead Generation & Networking:

Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking events, and other sales activities.

Follow up on leads generated from various channels such as digital marketing, events, or customer referrals.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' products and services.

Provide insights to the sales team on emerging market trends and customer preferences.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Submit regular sales reports to management, outlining achievements, targets, and challenges.

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions of their credit card agreements.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales campaigns.
