  • Manage and supervise the telecalling admissions team
  • Ensure daily calling targets and admission closures are achieved
  • Handle hot leads and escalated student queries
  • Monitor call quality, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation
  • Train telecallers on counseling scripts, objection handling & course details
  • Prepare daily/weekly admission and performance reports
