Cluster Manager

·         To train, support & engage with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition numbers

·         Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees

·         Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers

·         Will be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches & clusters as well as focus on achieving their own target.

Should have team handling experience especially into number chasing domain.
