Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Forex Sales Executive to promote and sell foreign exchange products and services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth forex transactions while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for forex services
• Actively seek new sales opprtunity through cold calling, Marketing activities, Networking, and social media
• Setup meetings with potential clients/Agents/Entities/and discuss forex products
• Responsible for forex turnover, income targets set for the products
• Carryout marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion
• Promote foreign exchange products such as currency exchange, remittance, and travel cards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (individuals & corporate)
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable forex solutions
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements (RBI guidelines, KYC norms, etc.)
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth transaction processing
• Stay updated on currency rates and market trends
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12th or Above
• Basic communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven attitude
• Basic knowledge of foreign exchange and financial products (preferred)
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
