Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales & Acquisition: Actively identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/annual targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Customer Solutions: Analyze customer needs and offer customized product solutions (e.g., in banking, insurance, or services).
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Conduct engaging, professional sales presentations and prepare proposals for prospects.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and proactively resolve issues or complaints.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to management. Naukri.com +5

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in direct sales, account management, or business development.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for persuasive, professional interaction.
  • Sales Drive: Strong results-orientation, negotiation skills, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: High level of empathy and passion for client satisfaction.
  • Agent Recruitment & Development: Recruit, onboard, and train new agents, building a strong agent pipeline.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans by motivating the team and driving sales.
  • Training & Coaching: Provide field demonstrations (FODs), product training, and sales mentorship to improve agent productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track metrics, and provide feedback to improve agent performance and persistency.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with company policies. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, or team management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
