Job Description

Customer Support – Voice (International Process)

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Work Mode: On-site | Night Shift | 5-Day Work Week


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls
  • Provide customer support with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain service quality standards and resolve customer queries
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance metrics
  • Adapt to rotational schedules and maintain process compliance


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
  • 1 year experience in International Voice Process OR Freshers with exceptional communication skills
  • Strong fluency in English (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work effectively in night shifts
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
