·        Responsible for the co-ordination & execution of all the Marketing Communication activities for ATL, BTL & TTL.

·        Management of all marketing collaterals such as brochures, samples, feelers etc. and ensure timely support to the sales team.

·        Managing the respective store of Promotional Items & Assets.

·        Source & manage vendors relating to all the Marketing Communication Activities.

·        Co-ordination of all the digital marketing activities with respective vendor and proper monitoring of company accounts in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter etc.

·        Confirm the marketing activities are done as per the approved order and within budget.

·        Preparation of respective reports relating to Marketing Communication activity.

·        Co-ordinate with creative agencies in terms of creative requirements.

·        Develop new areas of branding and input necessary suggestions to the management.

·        Organise and attend exhibitions & customer hospitality events as required.

·        Assist the management in preparation and development of the advertising strategy.

·        Visit our dealer and retail stores to rectify branding related complaints. Wherever required, on the specific direction from management.

·        Closely monitor the branding & promotional activities of competitors and input valid suggestions to the management.

·        Any other duties as assigned by the reporting head from time to time for achieving the overall objectives of the organization.
