Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role:

Kalyan Jewellers is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the jewellery industry (preferred) or retail sector and be capable of handling high-volume recruitment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements (Non-IT roles)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Handle large-scale hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus recruitment activities
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for manpower planning and requirements
• Maintain strong follow-up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring – Non IT)
• Jewellery industry experience preferred; retail experience also acceptable
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment under tight timelines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory
